Returns Procedure

All transactions entered into by Cabling4Less with the *consumer are subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This stipulates that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and that such cancellations must be notified in writing to the seller within a period of 7 working days from date of receipt of goods.
In addition to your rights under the distance selling act Cabling4Less offers a 30 day money back guarantee. This offer does not cover purchases made on behalf of a business or for resale or where the goods have been made to order.

Less than 30 days: In order to qualify for a refund please return the goods (in a saleable condition) with a copy of the invoice and a short note to say why you are returning the cable and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund your card).

More than 30 days: We do not offer refunds for any goods returned after 30 days. However if you are looking for additional goods, we may be willing to offer some credit for goods returned.

Faulty goods: All our cables come with a 12 month warranty. If the cable is faulty upon receipt, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us on 01784 497827 to discuss the matter further. If the cable develops a faulty after 30 days and prior to the end of the 12 months, please return the cable with a copy of the invoice (if available) or details of when the purchase was made along with your contact details.

*Consumer is defined as a customer making a purchase for their own personal use. Purchases made on behalf of a business (Public or Private) are not covered by the distance selling act or the 30 day money back warranty.
